Cancellation & Refund Policy
Version 2026-10-08
Every gym picks one of these policies. Its name and summary are on the gym’s page and at checkout, and the exact refund for your booking is shown before you confirm a cancellation.

Changed your mind right away
On any policy, you get a full refund if you cancel within 30 minutes of booking, as long as the booking starts at least 2 hours after you booked.
If the gym cancels
If the gym cancels your booking, you get a 100% refund, whatever its policy says. If Court Market cancels a booking (for example while resolving a problem), it sets the refund (the full price unless it decides otherwise), and the email we send you states the amount.
If something goes wrong
If the court wasn’t available when you arrived or the facility was closed, report a problem from your booking — from the start of the booking until 48 hours after it ends. If the gym marks you as a no-show and you were there, dispute it within 48 hours of being marked. Court Market reviews it, decides any refund, and emails you the outcome.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If a refund is delayed, your booking says so and we email you when it’s done.
To cancel, open the booking in Your bookings (or the app’s Bookings tab) and choose Cancel booking.
